This tool is a risk communication strategy planning guide. It is designed to help national and subnational public health teams to reach deeper into their audience groups with actionable messaging. This tool can also help businesses and not-for-profit organizations in designing smart risk communication initiatives to support their teams in preventing and responding to SARS-COC-2 Coronavirus outbreak.
There are three parts to this tool.

2. Use the spreadsheet (Sheets: RLD, RLC, RLB and RLA) to guide how you align different audiences with the public health objectives, audience groups, the right message to share with groups, channels of reaching those audiences and the tools you may apply.
